Mix the milk and yogurt, and then pour the mixture into tray with its stainer in low position.
Set your Multi Delices to yogurt mode for 8 hours.
When the fermentation is complete, rotate the strainer by half a turn to place it in straining position.
Allow to strain for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
